Reality shift – Stages of self-transformation

Did you ever ask yourself what is your personal mission of this journey and for what purpose did you land in this dimension? How can you come into your power that changes every aspect of your existence?

The importance of staying aware of the fact that everything we call our existence – our present life,  relationships, achievements, struggles… – has not different, but parallel meaning of what we think it is, cannot be emphasized enough. It is only after understanding its true meaning and purpose that one comes into possession of a valuable tool able to change the way they live in ways still not comprehensible for their mind.

Understanding the construct of the mind and its relationship to our personal reality is essential to directing and shaping our entire existence in the way our potential requires most.

Manifestation is how life works. Our personal life and everything it contains is a materialization of our inner experience. Yet there is a difference between the infinite truth and what we have been taught it to be. What we experience and what we perceive around us is based on our origins and a primary field of exposure that form a unique perception – our own filter that gives meaning, frequency and response to everything that comes our way.

The fact is, we can certainly call things into our lives. But to manifest a whole life, not just parts of it – the quality, the connection, the freedom of the whole timeline – to discover your purpose and passionately stand up for it, to run towards it instead of running away, is something that for many is not  comprehensible, let alone within the reach of their beliefs.

If life as we know it – a stream of events and connections along the timeline that we have no control over, or that we at least imagine/desire in many different ways – is really an illusion, then the logic of illusion itself allows us a creation of our own to be experienced as a personal reality. That makes sense, doesn’t it?
Logically speaking, yes. However, only knowing the original formula enables us to reconstruct the same. This is one of the purposes of discomfort – deconstructing in order to reconstruct – as discernment of the previous construction is a prerequisite for creating a new one.

Growth is not only our essence, but also our obligation to nature and the world we belong to; to God, the Universe or, as I personally prefer, to Life. But above all, to ourselves.
It is about understanding one’s origins and how they are further shaped by external influences over the course of development, and choosing to transform their elements into a concept that is aligned with one’s vision of their personal reality. The process itself is an individual journey that is different for each of us in many ways, but generally unfolds through specific stages, beginning with:

*Pain – mental, emotional and often physiological, as agony of any kind – a major one whose impact and purpose is as paradoxical as life itself. Nothing can exceed pain, however unpleasant it may be, as a powerful fuel for change. Mainly because of its destructive power, but also, or precisely because of its tendency to be incredibly constructive when, of course, consciously managed and converted – when we utilize it instead of being driven by it. However, pain initiates and drives:

*Emotional Healing – which follows psychological suffering, not only as an emotional aspect; it is particularly a mental aspect, as it refers to both  emotions, as in regulation of their intensity and flow and to a mental experience rooted in an emotion as a consequence of the past.Their interaction is the operational framework that shapes personal perception – a unique filter that gives meaning to both our inner and outer worlds.

*Personal Transformation takes place gradually, between and through each of the phases. Beginning with pain as an urge to initiate change, the transformative flow streams from insight to intention and on to pattern interruption to set a new cycle in motion. Within its automated structure, the cycle changes with every further break of the old routine, bringing enlightenment and increasing awareness for new aspirations to come.

*Awakening – is initiated by deep healing – or they unfold simultaneously, as healing takes time. Based on a sophisticated interplay between the individual truth and the collective perspective, awakening is both challenging and liberating at once. The ability to see and ponder the information on a spiritual level at a given time equals one’s ability to process it. Which, further, depends on the level of fear one has been conditioned by. Awakening leads to:

*Raising consciousness, or rather, it links one into consciousness, as in understanding of the different levels, interpretation and purpose of consciousness. Conscious living is a heightened state of awakening, observation and awareness of inner processes that allows one to either live minimally influenced by them or recreate them into a new dynamic; or both.

*Personal evolvement is a state of exclusive courage as a sign of ultimate faith; trust in the higher plan and its inclination to morph into one’s unique purpose – as an ascension, not only into what we want to be, but into what we are meant to become. We recognize in others what we once saw in ourselves, and freedom of expressing it becomes not only a personal advantage, but our new nature.

Personal transformation is not just a path to emotional freedom, but a journey of recognizing it as our very essence. To exist, express and  be all that we are in our nature able to reach, loving both what we are now and what we choose to become. In other words: We don’t have to become anything; we have to recognize and overcome what separates us from who we really are.
And contrary to the current commercial wave that sets courage and faith as the ultimate tools for self-improvement, it is important to accept fear and doubt as a genuine state to start in.

Courage comes from facing the challenges in spite of fear, while faith unfolds from understanding of their purpose. Nothing gets one further than true vulnerability; the only qualities needed to initiate inner transformation are openness to new and a willingness to grow; everything else comes naturally.
And if not, when the time is ripe, life mobilizes everything that has been disguised and suppressed to send us on a journey inwards and bring us to where we belong.

So, relax… The only thing that can happen is to feel, whether we remain in the same or enter the new. That is why emotional regulation is the imperative of change – from the inside out, just as life projects itself into reality. Choice is the only thing that separates us from a new life – the rest is commitment and work.

And before you give up on yourself, remember that the reward is often bitter before it is sweet.
It all comes afterwards, once you suddenly realize that you have overcome nothing but yourself.
And that spark of power sets the foundation for a new identity to emerge – an authentic self to create the difference in the world full of need for integrity and compassion.

Be that change. As you, too, deserve to live at your best.

“Today, I am certain – not only from my own story, but also from the experiences of many people I work with – that the cause of humanity’s greatest suffering lies in people’s inability to connect with the best in themselves, including their potential – the ability to be themselves, to express and create from the space of their heart. And that, thank Heaven, can be changed.”
