Confidential Obligations:

Grant of Rights:
If you’re the original copyright owner of any post or submission to a Forum, and it doesn’t include Company info or confidential material, then:

2) you automatically give Company, or guarantee the owner has given Company, a free, endless, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, publish, edit, translate, share, perform, show, and/or otherwise use the post, submission, or content in any current or future media, form, or platform; and,
3) you agree and guarantee that Company can sublicense or transfer these rights through multiple levels of sublicenses or transfers.
No Obligation to Supervise:
The company doesn’t manage the content shared in the Forums and isn’t required to watch over them. Still, the company can always share any details needed to follow laws, rules, legal actions, or government requests. It can also change, reject, or delete any content, partly or fully, for any reason it chooses. The company has complete control over these decisions.
No Obligation to Remove:
Company isn’t required to remove site content that doesn’t break any laws. All submissions meant for display, whether via web, email, newsreader, or other means, are assumed to be given with the understanding that Company has an ongoing non-exclusive right to publish them indefinitely. 3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE PURCHASES
Noblethic Life provides paid Services (such as online sessions & training with the aim of somatic healing, raising awareness, improving cognitive abilities and performance in all areas of life) for a fee. All fees are in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise. You must pay all Noblethic Life fees and applicable taxes according to the agreed paying method (written agreement) or promptly using a payment method linked to the paid Services. If your payment fails or your account is overdue, we may use other ways to collect fees. Fees may change based on your location and other factors. Noblethic Life can change any fees at any time as it sees fit. Any changes will take effect immediately when posted through the relevant Services. Refunds for paid Services may be available as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Service / Product Listings
Our company aims for precision in all item details, images, compatibility info, specs, pricing, links and other product data on our site. However, due to human mistakes and other factors, we can’t guarantee every detail is 100% accurate, complete or up-to-date, nor can we take responsibility for such errors. If a product on our site has the wrong price due to a typo, data issue, tech glitch or other mistake, we reserve the right to deny or cancel orders for that item and quickly fix or remove the wrong info. Service / Product Updates

To serve our customers best, Company strives to keep all product information current and accurate. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use and Community Policy very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@noblethiclife.com and include:
Responsibilities:
– A refund typically, but not necessarily, ends the coach-client relationship.
– Clients must assume responsibility for potential missteps and are encouraged to focus on success and recognize their role in process of transformation.
– All coaching sessions that are not canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be legitimately charged to the client
– Payers not attending coaching session directly should consider fees non-refundable.
– Refund requests are accepted only from clients or their legal guardians.
– Recorded sessions and group sessions, classes, and workshops are generally non-refundable.
– Products follow their own refund policies, outlined at the point of sale.
Discretionary Repeat Sessions
– At our discretion, we may repeat a session at no extra cost, contingent on a qualifying complaint meeting specific criteria.
Finance charges are not eligible for refund for any Service. All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing Noblethic Life services, not as a way to get free services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you and consider a legal way to clarify the issue. Specifically, customers that repeatedly request refunds for multiple purchases may be denied refunds or right to purchase for abuse of the refund policy
Sales Policy
– All sales are final.
– Upfront payments and payment plans express full commitment.
Abuse of Refund Policy:
Reimbursements are meant to eliminate risk when buying Noblethic Life services, not as a means to obtain free services. If we suspect you’re misusing reimbursements, we may stop offering them to you. Specifically, customers who repeatedly ask for reimbursements for multiple purchases may be denied reimbursements or purchasing rights for misusing the reimbursement policy.
4. PRODUCT AND SERVICE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By receiving any product or service from Company, viewing these items, or using them in any way, you (“Customer”) agree to follow the terms listed below. You and Company agree that these terms are the only ones that apply to this sale between you and Company. If you try to change or add to these terms, it won’t be valid. Also, these terms can change at any time without notice.

– By purchasing a product/service with payment plan terms, you authorize Noblethic Life Coaching to charge these installments to your credit card.
– The payment, including the initial installment, is non-refundable.
– In case of default, you accept liability for all costs incurred by Noblethic Life Coaching in recovery.
Default and Suspension
– In the event of default, you accept liability for all costs incurred by Noblethic Life Coaching
– Default in payment shall result in the suspension of access to the course until the account is made current.
